Panoram Hotel Management consolidates its presence in Italy with a new Development role

Fabrizio Trimarchi, a seasoned Italian hospitality professional, has been selected for the newly created role of Development Director Italy

Madrid, 7th March 2024.Panoram Hotel Management, the leading white label hotel operator in Spain, key partner of Hilton, Accor and other major hotel brands, has recently nominated Fabrizio Trimarchi, an experienced hotel professional, to take over the role of Development Director for Italy, with the aim to consolidate the presence of the company at domestic level and develop the third-party operator model in the country of Italy.

Thanks to a long experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors lasting over 20 years, Fabrizio come from the role of Managing Partner of Hotel Seeker. Before, Fabrizio had held the role of Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in Italy, beside previous posts in corporate management consultancy and hotel companies like Starwood and Sheraton. A Bocconi specialised MBA, Fabrizio has earned a Certificate in Real Estate and Hotel Investments at Cornell University, an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. He is also an active member of RICS and and expert hotel valuer in Italy.

The growth of Panoram in the Italian country will follow up a clear strategy of development based on pillars of consistency, trajectory and coverage of the market. The opportunity of development will arise from the large fragmentation of the Italian hotel ownership, the need of renovation for most of the hotel assets in the country and the increasing presence of foreign investors looking for professional white label operators offering consolidated relationships with major hotel brands. The product strategy will follow the successful experiences gained in Spain with the creation of a leading white label management company which supports domestic and international investors in the deployment of hotel investment projects.

In particular, the locations of interest for Italy will be all primary markets like Milan, Turin, Rome, Venice, Verona, Florence, Naples and selected secondary cities, together with main leisure destinations enjoying consolidated tourism flows. The white label approach – associated with HMA Hotel Management Agreement and franchising agreements with the best hotel brands – will ensure highest operational efficiency maximizing financial returns for investors and owners.
