Our history dates back to 1989. Since then, we have been evolving. In 2018, we reoriented our business to focus on professional multi-brand hotel management.

2010

We incorporated the first franchise of the All Seasons brand of the AccorHotels Group in Spain.

2015

We took on our first establishment under management, the Mercure Barcelona Condor hotel.

2017

We signed the first hotel under management under the Hilton brand and began managing the DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Prado hotel.

2018

The Panoram Hotel Management brand is born as a multi-brand management company.

2020

We introduced Hampton by Hilton in Spain, managing the first hotel under this brand; Hampton by Hilton Alcobendas.

2021

We took over the management of Atocha Madrid Tapestry by Hilton, the first establishment of this brand in Europe.

2022

We began our international expansion by managing our first hotel in Italy, the Grand Hotel Imperiale.

2023

We manage our second property in Italy, the Hotel Palazzo Castri 1874, and sign the first hotel under management with International Hotel Group (IHG).

2024

We manage the opening of Hampton by Hilton Málaga and Staybridge Suites Málaga, the first Staybridge in Spain. This dual project marks our entry into the Andalusian market.
